From each point of sale throughout Turkey, Gercek Kozmetiks salesmen, equipped by PDA, wire orders (collected from customers) to the server, based in the main office ONLINE.
This online operation enables Gercek Kozmetik to receive ,prepare and deliver orders to its customers in a very short period of time.
Handheld barcode scanners enable the warehouse workers to collect products from shelves with minimum mistake made, as a result, the goods are being delivered to customers in a maximum correct and fast way.
Each order leaves the warehouse with a particular barcode in order to be scanned during delivery. Wide range of vehicles that Gercek Kozmetik owns and experienced staff, together with online operating system enable delivery status online tracking.
Due to this system, products belonging to different brands of several companies, are being delivered by Gercek Kozmetik to more than 2000 points of sale throughout Turkey in a fast and correct way.

Was established in April 2003, standing out with the line of `alternative hair', where all the tiny details and requirements of Turkish market together with unique techniques used in different hair salons have been taken into consideration.

`Rapunzel'factory is based in Turkey, where very strict attention is payed to the quality of products. Only %100 remy hair is used and treated in a very unique way, so that it can be treated further (in hair salon), keeping its high quality and durability for a long time of usage.
