Enabled by GPRS connection with the head office, sales team can easily update customers concerning current inventory condition, latest campaigns and current balance state.

Orders are distributed by Gercek Kozmetik, to more than 3000 points of sale, such as chain stores, pharmacies, perfumeries and hair salons, throughout Turkey, with minimum mistake made.

Thanks to our hi-tech IT structure, delivery times to customers are tracked through internet , even after delivery, in order to develop future delivery time and routes, aiming to reach better results and better services.

Due to our warehouse policy based on periodical analysis of previous sales, together with high storage capacity and technological structure, Gercek Kozmetik is able to provide customers with products ordered at nearly %100 level.

The storage of products is performed in accordance with storing conditions, marked on product labels, taking into consideration product contents, expiry dates and other recommendations or requirements, set by manufacturer.

Due to this strict delivery preparation system, all he products are being controlled , delivery is made with a minimum mistake or damage made, leaving our customer highly satisfied...
